We are looking for a motivated individual who is seeking development to become our Assistant Practice Manager to help lead and support our retail team and drive store performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting a high-performing team.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achieve sales targets, and create a positive and engaging customer journey for our patients.
Our store Specsavers Taunton is based at 20 East Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3LP right in the centre of this bustling town between Marks and Spencers and Sainsburys, on the opposite side of the road. With great transport links and a fabulous and welcoming team we can't wait to meet you!
Training provided by a friendly and knowledgeable team with exciting progression opportunities - Cert 3, Cert 4 (BTech equivalents) and Dispensing Optician qualifications are all available for the right candidate!
