As a Shift Leader, you will:
- Motivate your team, champion safety and sustainability, and keep an eye on quality, cost, and service.
- Be the go-to person for continuous improvement, helping the team to work smarter, not harder.
- Work closely with Production or Warehouse Managers and collaborate across departments to ensure everything from machine performance to space utilisation is on point.
- Showcase your leadership skills as you coach and develop your team, creating a workplace where everyone feels proud to belong.
- Bring a natural flair for people management, coaching, mentoring, and building strong relationships, leading 2 direct reports and a team of 14.
- Have a flair for numbers, with experience in managing departmental budgets and spotting cost-saving opportunities.
- Influence key stakeholders and get everyone pulling in the same direction.
This role is based full time, on site in Kettering. You will be working Shift C, 22:00-06:00, Monday to Friday.
