As an administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first.
Main tasks - Reception, Diary management, Communicating effectively with customers, hearing aid repairs clinicians and manufacturers, triaging.
You will be based in our Sheffield Crystal Peaks store which has free parking and is easily accessible by public transport.
We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious individual ready to be the friendly and approachable point of contact for our customers and colleagues. What we’re looking for?
- Excellent admin and organisational skills
- Comfortable in a face-to-face environment - greeting customers as they come into the store
- Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
- Great team worker
- Positive attitude
- Fantastic communicator
- Ability to adapt
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role or face to face customer service role.
