This is a role for a supply chain expert who thrives on driving category growth, improving end to end performance and delivering results at scale.
As part of our Audiology Development team within Global Supply Chain, you will focus on driving category improvement and long-term growth across the portfolio. Working across international markets and functions, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, strengthen supply, manage risk and improve efficiency.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering the category plan, owning key annual plan initiatives, supporting innovation, sustainability and our journey towards net zero. Regular collaboration with colleagues across the business and suppliers means no two days will be the same.
This role would suit someone who enjoys turning insight into action and ambition into delivery. You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to see the bigger picture while confidently managing detail.
With experience of leading complex initiatives and projects from concept through to completion, you’ll be comfortable influencing in a matrix environment and working across cultures and geographies. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly and inspire confidence will be key as you support regions with their long-term plans and partner with suppliers on process improvements.
