This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you can make a real impact from day one.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end change approach across complex, high-impact global programmes, helping ensure our Partners and colleagues are ready, willing and able to embrace new ways of working. From change impact assessments and readiness planning through to engagement, communications, learning and adoption, you'll make sure change doesn't simply get delivered, it genuinely lands and sticks.

As part of a global team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across different markets and time zones, including APAC and Canada, so some flexibility around working hours and travel will be important.
