As a Store Manager, you\’ll set the standard. You\’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. But while you support others, we\’ll support you and your development too. We\’ll be there to help you grow your people management skills and always make sure you can get the best out of yourself. It\’s an important job, but we think you\’re up for the challenge.
We\’re looking for an experienced leader who can not only drive a team to achieve outstanding results but also inspire and influence them to reach their full potential.

Our Armthorpe store is a large opticians with easy access to public transport and on street parking.

We are looking for a natural leader with a proven track record of managing and leading large teams within a busy fast paced retail environment. You will be a great communicator, passionate and driven with the ability to inspire those around you to deliver an outstanding service to our customers. Ideally, we\’d love for you to have previous experience working in an Optics business, but don\’t worry if you don\’t.
