If you\\\’re a less experienced manager looking for their next step we\\\’ll provide training in a fully inclusive and diverse setting, and for those with more experience we can also support progression towards directorship through the pathway programme so you can own your own store one day, if this is what you aspire to. Located just by the Sovereign Centre entrance in the heart of Boscombe, we have modern test rooms and are a hub of activity, surrounded by shops, cafes, and a vibrant local community, we’re easily accessible and a really rewarding place to be!

You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced group of committed team members. We’re a close-knit bunch who support each other and regularly go above and beyond!

What we’re looking for?
- Experience in Optics is great but not essential
- Commercially minded with a focus on community enrichment
- Experience in leadership within a fast faced retail environment
- Eye for detail and positive attitude
- Be flexible and adaptable
