Ready to lead, inspire, and make a real difference across Devon & Somerset?
At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing—and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about people and performance as we are. If you’re a natural relationship builder with a sharp commercial mind, this could be your next big move.
As our new Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our store Partners across Devon & Somerset. You’ll be out in the field, face-to-face with the people who make our business thrive—supporting them, challenging them, and helping them grow. This isn’t a desk job. It’s a dynamic, people-first role where your influence will be felt in every store you touch.
You’ll work closely with Partners and our Support Office to shape and deliver local business plans that drive growth, profitability, and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll spot opportunities others might miss, coach future leaders, and ensure every store is not just meeting expectations—but exceeding them. From retail operations to risk management, you’ll be the steady hand guiding our teams to success.
We’re looking for someone with experience in multi-site retail or commercial operations, someone who’s confident with a P&L and thrives on building strong, meaningful relationships. You’ll need to be based within easy reach of the region and ready to travel regularly. In return, we’re offering up to £65,000 (depending on experience), plus bonuses, and the chance to be part of something genuinely impactful.
So, if you’re ready to take the lead and help shape the future of Specsavers in Devon & Somerset, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and let’s make a difference—together – closing date is 1st August 2025.
