We’re looking for a Property Support Administrator to join our Property team at Specsavers, working across our UK and Guernsey estate, supporting the behind‑the‑scenes activity that keeps our stores trading, compliant and up to date.

This role is a key part of the Property function, working closely with Estates, surveyors, landlords, agents, finance and internal teams to make sure property processes are followed accurately and deadlines are met. This is a busy, varied role where no two days look quite the same.

On a typical day, you might be:

  • Coordinating correspondence with landlords and agents
  • Updating property systems and spreadsheets
  • Obtaining and processing insurance renewals and service charge budgets/reconciliations
  • Making sure key documentation such as leases, rent reviews and service charge information is recorded correctly
  • Supporting lease events
  • Helping resolve day‑to‑day property queries
  • Working closely with surveyors and the wider team to keep projects and renewals moving

Property experience is essential, as you’ll need to be comfortable working with property terminology, processes and external stakeholders, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
