In this role, you'll lead and develop a multi-skilled team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, creating an engaged and high-performing workplace where people can thrive. You'll work closely with operational and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, improve performance and increase capacity, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, service and continuous improvement. You'll also play an important part in managing departmental budgets, delivering against key targets and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
