As a Call Centre Assistant, you don’t need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores. This role is entirely office based, talking to and helping customers with booking appointments, answering questions, taking messages and completing triage forms to pass to clinical staff.
