So you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Administrator/Scheduler role could be perfect for you. As an Administrator/Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll play a key role in supporting our business. You’ll ensure all administration and clinic scheduling for our Home Visits Audiology team is completed as effectively and efficiently as possible, while always putting our customers first. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering care to people who are unable to visit our stores, meaning you’ll make a real difference every day.

Duties of this role include:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
  • Planning clinics and booking appointments for our Home Visits Audiology team
  • Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

This is a busy role, so our ideal candidate will have:

  • Current or previous audiology knowledge
  • The ability to work at pace and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Strong prioritisation skills

There will also be the opportunity to upskill within the role by carrying out hearing aid repairs, offering excellent progression opportunities.

Our office is based in Plympton, PL7 and has parking available on site. The office is also easily accessible by bus.

  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work at pace as part of a team
  • Strong administrative skills and ideally previous appointment scheduling experience
  • Ideally someone with current or previous knowledge/experience of Audiology
