Specsavers in Belfast is seeking an Optometrist partner to join their team. As a qualified Optometrist with leadership qualities and a drive to elevate the business, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's customer-focused culture and high standards. Your passion and commitment will be key in delivering exceptional customer care and professional excellence. As a partner, you will build strong relationships within the local community and foster a positive rapport with the existing team. Your attention to detail and ability to connect with others will be essential.

You will be joining two experienced directors: David, who has been with the store for over 20 years, and Neal, who has been a director for over 12 years. About The Store

The Belfast store, established in 1992, is situated in a prime location with high customer traffic and a growing student population. Its city centre position and convenient transport links draw customers from a wide catchment area. The store boasts 8 optical test rooms, 2 hearcare rooms, and an on-site lab. It relocated 8 years ago, incorporating short form test rooms and Heidelberg OCT technology. The store underwent a significant upgrade with Project Boost within the last 2 years. The team is large, comprising 43 staff members, many of whom have been with the store for 15-20 years, with some having been there since its opening over 30 years ago.
