As an Optical Assistant, you\\\’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include acting as the friendly face at the heart of the store, contributing to a team of experienced professionals, and delivering customer service to support the store\\\’s service standards.

What we\\\’re looking for

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
• Happy with full time or part time
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers\\\’ lives easier
• Great teamwork
• A good initiative
• Confidence in using IT systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
