Overview

Specsavers Loughton is seeking an Optical Assistant. You’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores, working among a team of experienced professionals, deliveringexcellent customer service every day.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face at the heart of the store and deliver excellent customer service.

Desirable experience / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Minimum 3 months experience in optics business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
