Our Store
Our Specsavers store is located within Sainsbury’s on Shripney Road in Bognor Regis and offers a modern, friendly, and fast‑paced working environment where customer care is at the heart of everything we do. The store is very accessible, with free on‑site customer parking available within the Sainsbury’s car park, making commuting simple and stress‑free. Public transport links are also good, with several local bus services stopping nearby and all within walking distance of the store. This location combines the energy of a busy retail setting with the professional standards of a leading optical provider, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a high‑performing store known for its community focus and quality service.
Our team
The Bognor Regis Sainsbury’s Specsavers is home to a warm, welcoming, and close‑knit team who take pride in creating a positive experience for every customer. The store operates with two well‑equipped test rooms, supporting smooth clinic flow and enabling the team to deliver high‑quality eye care throughout the day. You’ll be joining a friendly group of around eight dedicated colleagues who work collaboratively to maintain a supportive, upbeat, and customer‑focused atmosphere. Whether helping customers on the shop floor or supporting clinical services, the team is known for its approachable nature, strong communication, and genuine passion for great service—making it a fantastic environment to grow your skills and enjoy coming to work each day.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics business
- Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
