Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact financial processes in a role where your work really makes a difference? As a Senior Finance Analyst – Reconciliation, you’ll play an important role in maintaining balance sheet integrity across a complex, global business. Sitting at the centre of financial control, you’ll connect transactional activity with reporting, helping to ensure financial data is accurate, reliable, and supports key business decisions.

You’ll deliver high-quality reconciliations across complex and high-risk accounts, using strong analytical thinking to identify and resolve discrepancies. This role offers real variety, from investigating root causes and challenging assumptions to supporting month-end activities and strengthening controls. You’ll also partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to resolve issues and improve processes at source.

We’re looking for someone with experience in reconciliation, balance sheet control, or financial assurance. You’ll be part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or bring strong relevant experience, with confidence using finance systems, Excel, and reconciliation tools. Strong attention to detail, sound judgement when assessing risk, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will help you succeed in this role.

In return, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team where your contribution is valued. You’ll have the opportunity to coach others and drive improvements. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working collaboratively, and making a real impact, this could be the next step for you.
