We’re looking for an experienced Senior 3D Motion Designer located in Nottingham, Southampton, London or Guernsey. Ready to elevate our creative output and help shape the future of our integrated design offering.
As a Senior 3D Motion Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling 3D motion and visual storytelling, working closely with design, concept, and wider teams. You’ll help create work that feels fresh, thoughtful, and impactful across a range of projects and clients.
You’ll take the lead on creative briefs, shaping and evolving ideas into high-quality motion work that not only delivers but pushes boundaries. While 3D motion and animation will be your core focus, you’ll also flex across broader integrated design, from digital and social to print and static, bringing a consistent, elevated standard to everything you create.
Your passion for craft and instinct for strong brand expression will ensure your work always feels cohesive, purposeful, and built to stand out. Collaboration is at the centre of this role. You’ll partner with designers, copywriters, and project managers to shape bold ideas and bring them to life, confidently showcasing and championing your work to both colleagues and clients.
You’ll build strong, trusted relationships along the way, playing a key role in client conversations and helping to push our creative thinking further every time. Alongside creating standout work, you’ll help grow the team around you by mentoring designers, sharing your expertise, and raising the bar for creative excellence.
You’ll take ownership of your projects end to end, balancing budgets and timelines with confidence while finding smart, innovative ways to deliver maximum impact. We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and driven by innovation.
You’ll bring experience delivering standout 3D motion design, with advanced skills in 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across digital platforms. You’ll have hands-on experience using tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro and/or Blender, and be comfortable creating work across integrated campaigns spanning motion, social, digital, CGI and occasional print.
With a solid grounding in design principles and brand consistency, you’ll confidently optimise assets for multiple channels, manage competing deadlines, and take ownership from concept to delivery. You’ll also enjoy collaborating across teams, presenting ideas clearly, and supporting the team, always curious and always pushing creative boundaries.
Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV to highlight your design work and creative experience. This role requires flexible travel to our Guernsey Support Office.
If you’re ready to bring your creativity to a team that values fresh thinking, collaboration, and continuous development, we’d love to hear from you.
