As a Resourcing Partner, you'll help drive our growth by attracting, sourcing and recruiting the talent that keeps the business moving forward. You'll work closely with stakeholders across IT to understand their goals and bring the right people into the right roles, all while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers that reflects our culture.

As a champion of the Specsavers employer brand, you'll inspire people to imagine their future with us and deliver a seamless, professional and fully compliant recruitment process from start to finish. You'll collaborate with our HR and leadership teams to understand the wider talent strategy and translate it into practical resourcing plans that support both immediate needs and long-term growth.

Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment across your business area, you'll lead sourcing, selection and offers with a clear focus on keeping every candidate informed and supported throughout their journey. Along the way, you'll build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, sharing market insight, trends and best practice to shape effective attraction strategies.

Your sourcing approach will be proactive and creative, using a blend of direct channels, social networks, job boards, referrals, careers sites and talent pools, to connect with both active and passive candidates. You'll review applications, screen candidates to understand their experience and coordinate selection activities such as interviews, assessments and group exercises.

You'll also work closely with hiring managers, helping them feel confident and supported as they select the right people through fair, consistent processes that reflect our values, behaviours and culture. You'll stay closely connected to the recruitment market, keeping up with new trends and technologies so you can help us evolve and improve.

We're looking for someone with solid in-house recruitment experience across a range of functions and levels, especially within the IT landscape, covering Networks, Infrastructure, Data, Architecture, Delivery, Software Engineers and Developers. You'll communicate clearly and adapt your style to suit different audiences. You'll know how to attract candidates through a variety of sourcing methods, write compelling job adverts and confidently use tools such as LinkedIn and CV databases.

You'll handle challenges with confidence, explore alternative solutions when things shift and always look for ways to refine how we work and enhance the experience we offer. You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, bringing a calm, solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
