Hybrid role in either our Guernsey or Nottingham office. If you're passionate about shaping the future of cyber security in a global organisation where your voice is heard at the highest level, this could be your next move. At Specsavers, everything we do is driven by a simple purpose: to change lives through better sight and hearing. Behind that is a powerful ambition to embed pragmatic, effective cyber security into every part of our business.

As our new Cyber Security Solutions Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering that vision, helping create a culture where security is a shared responsibility and a true enabler of innovation and growth. This is a role with real influence. You'll work at the heart of a growing global programme, leading complex, multi-regional cyber initiatives from concept through to full operational delivery.

Partnering with senior leaders, executives and heads of function, you'll translate strategic security goals into structured, outcome-driven programmes that genuinely reduce risk and strengthen resilience. You'll be driving how Specsavers designs both current and future processes and systems, ensuring security is built in from the start while balancing business needs, regulatory expectations and user experience.

Day to day, you'll be building strong relationships across the organisation and beyond, acting as a trusted partner who can clearly articulate cyber risks and solutions at every level. You'll lead end-to-end delivery, from shaping business cases and defining scope through to governance, communications, change management and successful adoption.

Your ability to bring people with you will be key, whether you're influencing stakeholders across technology, finance and operations, or presenting into executive forums. Strong programme leadership, stakeholder management, clear communication and a deep understanding of cyber security principles, risk frameworks and solution design will set you apart.

In return, you'll join a team that is growing, ambitious and full of opportunity. This is a chance to develop your career in an environment where progression is actively supported and your impact is highly visible. If you're someone who can confidently navigate complexity, communicate with clarity, and inspire others to understand and act on the importance of cyber security, you'll thrive here.
