An exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Eyecare team as a Corporate Customer Service Specialist. As the first point of contact for our business-to-business customers, you’ll be the friendly voice that makes everything run smoothly. You’ll keep the customer at the heart of everything, delivering a personal experience.
You’ll also be the go-to support for our store colleagues, helping them navigate queries about our corporate eyecare service. You’ll handle queries from corporate clients, stores, and sales teams—by phone and email—making sure every question is answered accurately and promptly.
You’ll keep our CRM system updated, process orders and invoices, and manage payments with care. From reconciling cash to managing stock, reissuing vouchers, and supporting monthly reporting, you’ll collaborate with other departments, assist with new store openings, and make sure we meet our service level agreements.
And yes, there’ll be some classic admin tasks too—because the little things matter. You’ll be experienced in delivering amazing customer service and confident with Microsoft Office, and have strong administration experience. You need to be a brilliant communicator and an active listener!
