Are you an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent? If so, read on. You’ll join us as a Clinical Resourcing Partner where you’ll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on recruiting clinical hires across our businesses in the East of the UK, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire.

You’ll source and secure top talent in the clinical field, including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians & Contact Lens Opticians. You’ll utilise your proactive recruitment skills to identify and attract talent in a hard-to-fill industry. Collaborate closely with partners & managers to understand their hiring needs, influence decision making and be able to employ innovative sourcing methods; thinking outside the box to identify and engage potential candidates.

Most importantly, you’ll deliver exceptional service to our businesses, exceeding expectations and ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for all involved. You’ll need previous experience in recruitment, working within the optics or clinical sector, with proven success in filling positions. Excellent stakeholder management skills are key to build strong lasting relationships with our businesses, and strong communication to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

Living in or around the East patches for travel to stores would be required. If you possess the skills to influence, communicate, and source talent like no other, then apply now!
