Do you want to help the nation hear better than ever? Well, as an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster. You can train to completion with the support of a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD), and then eventually have the chance to move on to other roles within the store or wider business. Here, your opportunities are endless.

If you are an experienced Audiology Practitioner, then we would like to hear from you too if perhaps you want more exposure to regular wax removal clinics. You will learn how the business operates on a day-to-day level, as well as learning our internal systems and processes whilst also spending time learning all things audiology with our trained clinicians. You will support clinics with the associated administration required and also complete off-site training.

Our Store
You will be mainly based from the Huddersfield store but you will be required to work in the Brighouse, Dewsbury & Cleckheaton stores too at times, so please make sure you are able to commute comfortably to these before applying.

While we don’t need you to have a degree or any specific qualifications to enrol on this programme, we do need you to have a few skills to get started here. We are looking for people with fantastic communication skills, someone warm in approach who can confidently approach and speak to customers and visitors to the store with ease. This is a career opportunity so we would like the successful candidate to be looking for a career and not just a job or stop gap.
