As an Administrator at Specsavers, you'll be organised and equipped to tackle a wide variety of tasks. This includes all aspects of hearcare administration such as triaging patients, answering calls and general queries, updating and filing records, managing appointments, banking, through to repairs to hearing aids, and other key operational duties. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that supports the store's overall success.

Located on the High Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, our standalone Hearcare store is dedicated to providing exceptional hearing care services to the local community. Situated in the heart of the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with Newcastle Bus Station just a short walk away and regular bus services connecting the surrounding areas. Our friendly and professional team is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. What we're looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Administrator. These include:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable managing confidential information appropriately
- A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Good time-management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
