Ready to take your skills on the road? As a Domiciliary Dispensing Optician at Specsavers, you can do just that. You’ll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing eye care to the people who aren’t able to come into our stores. But not only do you help them with their sight, you’ll be able to support them to get basic tasks done that they wouldn’t be able to do without you. Essentially, you’ll be bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.
Our business is based in and around North West and Lancashire area where you'll be providing care to vulnerable patients in their own homes or within care home settings. An ideal location for the successful candidate would be the Lancashire area.
We have a wonderful existing team of dedicated people from optical and administrative backgrounds, who are ready and waiting for you to meet.
You’ll be provided with a company car or car allowance.

What we’re looking for?
We do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Domiciliary Dispensing Optician. These include:
- Registration with the GOC
- Previous experience working as a Dispensing Optician
- Full UK driving license
Some desirable experience could set you apart from the competition if you have it, such as:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment
