As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration such as NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating and filing records, and managing appointments. - Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner
- Booking and managing customer appointments
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or queries
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records on internal systems
- Delivering excellent service in line with Specsavers Customer Service Standards
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and polite over the phone)
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
