Based in Horley, our store is a hub of activity.
Responsibilities
As a Manager-in-Training, you\’ll set the standard. You\’ll work with the Store Directors and Store Manager to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. You will support others and be supported in your development to grow your people management skills and reach your full potential.
