Position Overview

Are you an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent? Do you excel at finding talent within challenging industries? If so, read on. You’ll join us as a Resourcing Partner where you’ll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on recruiting across our stores in Scotland and across our Audiology and Domiciliary business. You’ll source and secure top talent in the retail world, making a significant impact to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise proactive recruitment skills to identify and attract talent in a hard-to-fill industry.
  • Employ innovative sourcing methods and think outside the box to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our stores, exceeding expectations and ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for all involved.
  • Represent our employer brand, ensuring a positive stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Build strong lasting relationships with our stores through excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders using strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous resourcing experience.
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing experience.
  • Innovative thinking beyond conventional boundaries to discover hidden talent.
  • Ability to travel to stores in Scotland; living in or around Scotland preferred.

Contract Details

This is a fixed term contract until 28th August 2026.
