Ready to shape hyper‑local marketing strategies that support stores, strengthen community presence and drive performance across the London Division. We have an opportunity to join our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the point of contact for Store Partners across your division, helping them shape and deliver local marketing strategies that drive volume, respond to competitor activity and unlock new opportunities. Your work will play a key role in supporting growth, protecting performance and strengthening our presence across the division.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Stores Strategy & Trading team to plan, implement and execute effective local marketing activity. You’ll recommend ideas, brief creative work, review and approve campaigns, and keep a close eye on store performance to understand what’s working and where support is needed. A big part of your focus will be “hyper‑local” activity, ensuring our stores are visible, relevant and ever‑present within their communities.
You’ll provide full‑service marketing support to your division, offering insight, guidance and practical solutions tailored to the needs of each store. Working with the Regional Sales Team, external agencies and internal stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of store‑level marketing plans from concept through to activation. You’ll monitor competitor behaviour, identify risks and opportunities, and develop tactical responses that help stores defend and grow their position.
Your work will also include supporting “Own Your Town” initiatives, managing queries, presenting at key meetings and partnering with Business Development on new or relocated stores. You’ll lead best‑practice launch plans, coordinate media recommendations, book and execute local media, and oversee door drops and other direct marketing activity. You’ll also support the activation team with creative briefs to ensure local artwork is accurate and impactful.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial marketing experience and the confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment. You take ownership of your work, stay motivated, and communicate with clarity and impact with stakeholders at every level. You’re comfortable presenting to others and working collaboratively as part of a remote team. A flexible, adaptable approach helps you manage shifting priorities, while your commercial awareness and ability to organise and deliver work ensures consistently high standards.
