As the Head of Technology – Optics, you’ll be the go-to between our technology and business teams, ensuring seamless integration and communication. You’ll work closely with the Technology Director UK & ROI and the Optics Board, playing a crucial role in prioritising and approving all technology changes.

Your mission? To bring the broader technology and business perspectives to life, ensuring our systems enable a market-leading customer experience, protect data, and drive efficiency.

You’ll be the go-to person for our Optics partners and support office colleagues, ensuring they are well informed and supported. In this role, you’ll be able to represent Technology at Optics Board meetings, write compelling board papers, and engage with senior business and Technology leaders.
