This is a field-based role in Northern Ireland. Do you enjoy getting hands-on with technology and making sure everything runs exactly as it should? Are you someone who loves solving problems, supporting people and keeping essential systems working smoothly?

We're looking for a Retail Supply Chain Technology Operations Engineer to support our Specsavers stores and supply chain sites across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. You'll be the go-to person when something needs fixing, improving or implementing — whether you're on site in a store or supporting colleagues remotely.

You'll work closely with store partners, supply chain leaders, service teams and third-party suppliers to keep infrastructure reliable and resilient. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT break/fix, troubleshooting and service delivery, with solid knowledge of technologies like Windows, Linux, Cisco networking, LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP and data centre environments.

A passion for great customer service and the confidence to work independently across the region are essential. Based in Northern Ireland, you'll join a supportive, fast-paced team where your work has a real impact on colleagues and customers every day.
