Ready to use your technical expertise to ensure that employee benefits are delivered accurately, compliantly and on time across the business? We have an opportunity to join the team on a fixed term basis until July 2027, based in Nottingham or Whiteley on a hybrid basis, working in the office up to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end support for employee benefits across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
  • Ensure Benefit in Kind (BIK) processes are accurate, compliant and efficient, acting as a trusted escalation point for complex benefit queries.
  • Handle benefits reporting, coordination and submission of year‑end data and monthly payroll processing and reconciliation related to employee benefits.
  • Take ownership of Benefit in Kind calculations and reporting, including P11D and PSA submissions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for benefit‑related queries, liaising with HMRC, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reconcile benefit data between Store Partners, third parties and internal systems, identifying discrepancies and working collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Create and maintain clear self‑help tools and communications to support colleagues and improve understanding of employee benefits.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in benefit processing with strong and up‑to‑date benefits knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders and provide a high standard of customer service.
