This hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, taking ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment for these areas. The role involves shaping job briefs, writing engaging adverts, sourcing, selection, offer management and delivering recruitment training sessions to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned business areas: brief creation, advert writing, sourcing, selection and offer management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teams, guiding confident and well‑informed decisions.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to build managers’ hiring capability.
  • Source talent through a mix of channels – social networks, referrals, talent pools – engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Provide market insight to shape attraction strategies, continually improving hiring practices and ensuring a fair, consistent and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong in‑house recruitment experience across multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, CV databases and tools such as Co‑pilot.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable approach and calm, solution‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment

This hybrid role requires regular face‑to‑face time across our locations – Nottingham, Southampton and Guernsey – and involves travel to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
