This is more than a technical role, it's an opportunity to shape compliance, influence processes, and ensure that colleagues across the business can confidently deliver payroll, benefits and reward in line with ever-evolving legislation. As an Employment Tax Analyst, you'll quickly become a trusted expert, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to identify risks, provide clear advice and drive improvements.
From reviewing payroll submissions and benefits reporting to overseeing compliance checks such as NMW and contractor engagements, your work will have tangible impact. You'll also contribute to drafting guidance, supporting audits, and managing relationships with tax authorities, ensuring the business operates within a robust and compliant framework while maintaining exceptional standards.
We're looking for someone with strong UK employment tax experience, whether gained in-house or within professional services, who thrives on solving complex problems and turning insight into action.
