We are looking for an Audiology Relationship Manager (ARM) on a fixed term contract to join our team and focus on the Wales division. This role will require frequent travel throughout Wales.
The role of the Audiology Operations team is to provide the strategy and tools to work together with our Audiology Partners to deliver our business ambitions. We achieve this through the planning and delivery of clear campaigns and communications, standard operation procedures, day-to-day support for the Audiology Partnership, and advice on what good looks like and 'how to' perform safely, efficiently and grow the business.
As an ARM, you'll be the driving force behind establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with our Partners in order to drive the performance of your Division. Your retail expertise, leadership and influencing skills will be key for the growth, development, and profitability of the audiology businesses within the region, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and sustainable profitability.
As an advocate for exceptional customer experiences, you'll provide hands-on guidance and support to our Partners. You'll be instrumental in creating and delivering a business plan aligned with the audiology annual strategy, driving growth and success. You’ll play a key part in Talent Pipelining to identify and encourage future Partners to attend Pathway, whilst providing coaching.
