Ready to step into a role where your organisational skills help keep things running smoothly and efficiently? As a Legal Resource Assistant, you’ll provide company secretarial services across the Specsavers Group, supporting the rollout of new businesses and changes within our existing store portfolio.
You’ll help maintain each business’s licence to trade across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Europe, Spain, and Canada. In this role, you’ll offer administrative support by learning and applying defined processes that ensure we meet our legal obligations and maintain our licence to operate.
You’ll manage company records, including registers and partnership documentation, and ensure statutory filings and transactions are completed on time. You’ll also provide ad hoc support to other members of the Legal Resource Team and the wider Legal Department, contributing to projects and day-to-day operations.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues quickly and deliver outstanding support. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you’ll handle daily administrative tasks, ensuring all queries and requests are managed promptly and professionally.
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated to learn, open to guidance, and ready to grow into a role that requires confidentiality and trust. You’ll bring strong attention to detail and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, as you engage with colleagues at all levels while managing your workload.
