Our new business opening opportunity Specsavers are looking for an experienced Retail or Operations Leader to become the Operations Director, Store Partner, and Co‑Owner of our brand-new standalone Audiology business opening in Braehead, positioned within a high-footfall Sainsbury’s store. This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a business from day one. You’ll build your own team, create exceptional customer experiences, serve your local community, and develop a long-term asset for your future, all while enjoying a guaranteed salary and additional income from dividends based on business profit. You will work alongside an Audiology Partner who also holds 40% shares, jointly building and leading this exciting new venture. You will also benefit from the involvement of Optics Partners within the business, who will help guide and support the store’s growth.
