About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our busy hub business while supporting a network of spoke stores. You'll inspire and develop high-performing teams, drive commercial success and create a positive, accountable and collaborative culture across the business. This is a varied leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll balance strategic commercial decision-making with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring colleagues are engaged, customers receive an exceptional experience, and the business continues to perform at a high level.
