We are excited to announce that we are now looking for a joint venture partner to join Specsavers Farnborough. This highly successful and profitable business has been under sole partnership for the past 35 years, and due to this we are looking to welcome not only an Optometry Partner but also a Retail Partner. Specsavers Farnborough has been successfully growing from strength to strength since it first opened its doors over 35 years ago. The store is located in the Princes Mead shopping centre, located in the centre of Farnborough. You can expect regular high volume foot fall, plus this location also benefits from onsite parking for customers, as well as reserved parking for directors and colleagues via permit.
The current partner has done an exceptional job of recruiting, retaining and developing his current team to reach the highest levels of clinical and retail excellence. The team in Farnborough consists of 17 highly experienced and dedicated individuals who have long standing experience within optics, with many of them joining as long as 10 years ago.
It is crucial that the new incoming partners have a passion for development, teamwork and internal development in order to build on the hard work, commitment and dedication that has been invested over the years by the current partner, which will ensure that the store and its staff continue to move forward to further success.
