Overview
Ready to shape hyper-local marketing strategies that support stores, strengthen community presence and drive performance across the West Division. This is a field-based role, involving travel 2 to 3 days per week across the area from Bristol to Liverpool, so a valid driving licence is required. Living in the west of the UK would be preferable due to the travel involved.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for Store Partners across the division, helping them shape and deliver local marketing strategies that drive volume, respond to competitor activity and unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Stores Strategy & Trading team to plan, implement and execute effective local marketing activity; recommend ideas, brief creative work, review and approve campaigns, and monitor store performance to inform support needs.
- Focus on hyper-local activity to ensure stores are visible, relevant and ever-present within their communities.
- Provide full-service marketing support to the division, offering insight, guidance and practical solutions tailored to each store; own store-level marketing plans from concept through activation.
- Work with the Regional Sales Team, external agencies and internal stakeholders; monitor competitor behaviour, identify risks and opportunities, and develop tactical responses to defend and grow store positions.
- Support "Own Your Town" initiatives; manage queries, present at key meetings and partner with Business Development on new or relocated stores.
- Lead best-practice launch plans, coordinate media recommendations, book and execute local media, and oversee door drops and other direct marketing activity.
- Support the activation team with creative briefs to ensure local artwork is accurate and impactful.

- Strong commercial marketing experience and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ownership mindset; able to stay motivated, communicate with clarity and impact with stakeholders at every level.
- Comfortable presenting to others and working collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Flexible, adaptable approach to manage shifting priorities; strong organisational and delivery capabilities to maintain high standards.
