Do you want to help the nation hear better than ever? As an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster. You can train to completion with the support of a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD), and then eventually have the chance to move on to other roles within the store or wider business. Here, your opportunities are endless.
You will learn how the business operates on a day-to-day level, as well as learning our internal systems and processes whilst also spending time learning all things audiology with our trained clinicians. You will support clinics with the associated administration required and also complete off-site training.
Our store is based in Eastbourne, and your training will take place here, but you may be required to work in the Seaford store at times too, with a local bus service that is frequent if necessary.

While we don’t need you to have a degree or any specific qualifications to enrol on this programme, we do need you to have a few skills to get started here. We are looking for people with fantastic communication skills, someone warm in approach who can confidently approach and speak to customers and visitors to the store with ease.
