Our Dispensing Opticians are the face of our clinic and often part of our store management team. We offer management training through ILM courses, pre-reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway, guiding you toward leadership roles, including store director. We are dedicated to personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Requirements

You will need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and a strong understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys.
