Our store has 3 test rooms, all with autophoropters and OCT. There is a close-knit experienced clinical team waiting to meet you. We are very focused on the work/life balance and flexibility of our team, so would love to talk to you about your ideal working week, whether that is that you would like fixed days or less weekend working – we want to make it work for you.

About The Area
Morpeth is located towards the Southern end of Northumberland, approximately 15 miles North of Newcastle Upon Tyne and 18 miles South of Alnwick. There are plenty of things to do in Morpeth, such as the Sanderson Arcade shopping area, Carlisle Park, and nearby attractions like Whitehouse Farm Centre. There are walks, golf facilities and farmers markets in the area.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. First, you’ll need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys. You must have excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and be a great team worker.
