Ready to drive digital performance and deliver impact campaigns?

As a Digital Performance Manager – up to 10-month FTC, you’ll lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your work will help us connect with the right customers at the right time with the right message, driving online bookings and sales across optics, audiology, domiciliary, and corporate services.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of paid search and PMAX campaign performance, working closely with our media agency to implement changes, manage budgets, and unlock growth opportunities. You’ll conduct regular analysis, optimise campaigns daily, and lead a robust testing roadmap to ensure we stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape and remain at the forefront of industry trends.

You’ll collaborate with SEO, creative teams, and platform representatives (Google and Microsoft) to deliver a connected and innovative search strategy. Partnering with our creative agency, you’ll brief and deliver compelling ad content that resonates with our audiences. Your insights will help shape future campaigns and keep us at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

We’re looking for someone with solid paid search experience, an analytical mindset, and confidence using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel. You’ll be skilled in keyword research (SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner), ad copy testing, and audience segmentation, and ideally hold certifications in Google Ads or Analytics. You’ll be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.

This role closes on 11th August 2025: however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. So don’t delay your application, apply now – you’ll be glad you did.
