In this role, you’ll have the freedom to introduce new ways of working, support and mentor your team, and influence the future direction of the business. This role will have dual elements working some days in a CLO capacity and others in a DO capacity alongside your leadership responsibilities, meaning your working week will be anything but repetitive and boring! You will benefit from the full support of a senior hospital optometrist as well as the wider team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional eye and hearing care to the community — all while continuing to grow your own skills and career.
