Position: Optometrist

Location: Crowborough, East Sussex

Up to £90,000 package depending on performance + £10,000 Golden Hello + £8k Relocation support + £11k Enhanced Relocation

Working hours: Full time or part time - open to discussing a working pattern that suits you

Experience level: This role is open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are registered with the GOC.

Our store is equipped with the very latest clinical technology, which will allow our team to improve patient outcomes. Specsavers in Crowborough is a new store that opened in September 2022. We have 2 fully equipped test rooms, all fitted with the latest clinical technology – meaning you have everything you need to perform sight tests to the highest possible standards. We always aim to be the very best we can be – both clinically and in terms of customer service.

What we’re looking for

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop, and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, we’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
