Are you a proactive, people-focused individual who loves helping customers and creating great in-store experiences? If you have previous optical or contact lens experience and want to take the next step in your career, this Contact Lens Manager role at Specsavers could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll support the smooth and efficient running of our Contact Lens department. You’ll guide customers through their contact lens journey — from ordering and handling queries, to teaching them how to insert, remove, and care for their lenses safely. You’ll also assist the Contact Lens Optician and help ensure your team are confident using our systems and processes. If you’re passionate about customer care and enjoy working in a busy, hands‑on environment, we’d love to meet you.
