As a Commercial Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, delivering insightful management reporting and analysis that drives business decisions across our international procurement division. From shaping budgets and forecasts to managing month-end close under FRS 102, you’ll ensure our numbers are accurate and delivered on time. You’ll lead monthly performance reviews for senior finance stakeholders, offering detailed variance insights and clear explanations of the key trends behind the figures. You’ll also contribute to the monthly reporting pack for the Finance Director. Beyond the numbers, you’ll coach, develop and support a Finance Analyst while supporting the wider team, helping to build a culture that thrives on collaboration. You’ll also partner with global stakeholders, manage audit processes, enhance control environments and champion continuous improvement in everything we do. You’ll also help with strategic projects aimed at improving financial insights and business understanding. We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who’s confident with financial reporting, Excel-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll need to be organised, proactive and confident engaging with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across multiple countries and currencies.
