Clinical Resourcing Partner East (UK) – Specsavers
Responsibilities
- Join us as a Resourcing Partner focusing on recruiting clinical hires across our businesses, sourcing and securing top talent in the clinical field (including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians & Contact Lens Opticians).
- Utilise proactive recruitment skills to identify and attract talent in a hard-to-fill industry.
- Collaborate closely with partners and managers to understand hiring needs, influence decision making and employ innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Deliver exceptional service to our businesses, ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for all involved.
- Travel within the patch to cover Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within the optics or clinical sector, with a proven track record of filling positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong, lasting relationships with our businesses.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel regularly within the patch (Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk).
