Specsavers seeks a Clinical Performance Consultant to support and develop their stores, partners, and clinicians across the South of Ireland. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional eye care and requires a GOC or CORU registered optometrist with commercial acumen and experience in leadership and training.

The consultant will work closely with the Regional Support Team to implement strategies that enhance access to quality clinical care, organizing events and empowering colleagues. Frequent travel around the territory is required.
